"I purchased some of your hamburger last Saturday, due to the color and what the gentleman said to me about him eating mostly veggies except for this beef. All I can say was, "Oh my goodness! I have never had anything quite so glorious!" incredible! I am a local Chef and a meat eater. That was the most unbelievable beef I have ever had the pleasure of slowly eating, with my eyes closed most of the time. I slow cooked the burgers just with sea salt and cracked black pepper over a mix of Pecan and Hickory. I made some Roasted Garlic Aioli and smeared it on some toasted homemade Ciabatta I purchased from the vendor across from your stall, and topped them with with some sweet tomato. You are doing it right! thank you, thank you, for working so hard to produce a clearly superior product! I teach cooking classes at Williams Sonoma culinary store and I am the Executive Pastry Chef at Silo Elevated Cuisine in San Antonio, and I have been promoting your beef ever since. I will continue, and I will see you in two Saturdays to purchase more. Congratulations on being simply the Best."
